On
Tuesday 4 February, Ziggies After School Club launched with a
wonderful turn out. There were 18 children from Year 1 with their
brothers, sisters, Mums, Dads, Grandmas and Grandpas, all listening
to ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and participating in various
craft activities relating to the story. We even had a visit from
Ziggie himself to welcome everyone to the club.
Next
week we’ll be reading ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ by Michael
Rosen, so please come along again, bring a copy of the book (if you
have one) and your favourite bear, and enjoy the fun with your grown
up.
If you
haven’t signed up to Ziggies yet, just let your teacher know, if
you’re in Year 1, and bring an adult with you to enjoy the fun.
We’ll be in the middle block hall from 3.15 – 4.15pm. See you
